We are called to love both God and our neighbor. Without loving God we cannot truly love our neighbor. For it is through us that the grace and love of God flows to our neighbors and the world. The call to love is also a call to forgive.  For it is in forgiving, that we allow ourselves to be true channels of God's grace.
